 G&N has a variety of equipment necessary to perform quality cylinder work.  Above, all cylinders are heated to an even temperature in special ovens for weld repairs and insertion of valve guides and seats.  G&N is capable of precision grinding cylinder assemblies to remove all previous wear patterns (also to oversize dimensions).  Above, a cylinder assembly is undergoing repair. Here an intake port is being polished.  Above, a cylinder assembly is undergoing a weld repair.  Above, a Bridgeport milling machine is used to surface exhaust and intake ports after repairs.
