G&N has the equipment necessary to perform quality machine work. This metal lathe has digital controls to ensure exact tolerances.

All engine components are painted individually prior to assembly for improved appearance and durability.

Above is a Continental engine awaiting assembly after painting.

All Lycoming engine crankcases undergo a modification which helps to eliminate future oil leaks. Here the detail shows a slot cut above the camshaft saddle, which allows oil to flow back into the crankcase and not out between the case mating surfaces. Additionally, the case is machined to allow the installation of O-ring seals around the thru-bolt recesses.

G&N has the capability of overhauling Continental A-65 to GTSIO 520 series engines and Lycoming O-235 to IO-720 series engines.
